Lynne Winter

Clinical Director

I have been working at Midwest Center at Youngstown since November 2021. I enjoy working with individuals who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness, personality disorders, criminogenic thinking and behavior, and interpersonal difficulties such as codependency.

One of my goals as Clinical Director is to increase the availability of high-quality co-occurring treatment services in the local and surrounding areas. I find it rewarding to serve the local and surrounding areas’ most at-risk populations, and to support my colleagues in providing the best care possible to those in our community.

I’ve found it a privilege and an honor to be able to provide a safe and validating space for human beings who are struggling with some of the most serious issues of their lifetime.
